Carrot Orange Drink Recipe (with Boiled Carrots & Ginger)

When my babies started feeling under the weather, I turned to my kitchen for something warm, natural, and healing. I simmered fresh carrots and ginger together—just enough to soften them and draw out their goodness—then blended the mixture with orange and lemon for a delicious, immune-boosting drink.

Pair it with a comforting bowl of Fall-Off-the-Bone Oxtail Stew for the ultimate nourishing meal.
